Are you licensed and insured?
At Priority Home Inspections we are licensed home inspectors, certified wind mitigation inspectors and we carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance.
Do you inspect the entire attic?
Many inspectors just view the attic from the scuttle entrance. At Priority Home Inspections we inspect the entire attic.
Do you walk the roof?
Some inspectors view the roof from a ladder only, and--believe it or not--some inspect the roof from the ground only! We walk the entire roof.
Do you offer re-inspects?
At Priority Home Inspections we will come back out to ensure certain items have been repaired in a workman like manner prior to closing on your home.
Do you perform diagnostic testing on your heating and cooling system? Or just turn on the air and heat to ensure they work?
We check A/C amperage draw and get temperature differentials to help ensure the system is running efficiently.
Do you guarantee your inspections?
We offer a 100% guarantee no strings attached that you will be happy with our inspection, and superior customer service.
Do you add extra fees for the age of the home, second floors and crawl spaces?
Unlike many other home inspection companies, we offer flat fees with the exception of swimming pools which are an additional $50.
How do your fees compare to other inspection companies?
Our inspections are competitively priced for the services we provide. We include free infrared survey of the home to look for hidden moisture intrusion, electrical hot spots and missing insulation. Most of the low cost inspection companies are new inspectors trying to gain market share by slashing their prices. All inspections are not equal. Learn more
